SMALL GROUP PILATES CLASSES 4:1

Our Small Group Pilates Classes are our most popular, providing a group environment with a maximum of 4 clients per class, but a more personalised approach with expert guidance, ensuring that the exercise is tailored to you and your abilities. These classes offer a dynamic and energetic workout, aiming to leave you feeling empowered as we help you improve your strength, balance and range of motion, in turn helping you in achieving your fitness and well-being goals. 

Please note: These classes are open to all levels however if you do have an injury/pregnant or recently postpartum, please reach out prior to booking so we can provide you with the option that will best suit you.

 

PRIVATE PILATES 1:1

50 minutes

A 50 minute session tailored specifically to you and your goals.  This is the best option for those who are currently rehabilitating through an injury or prenatal/postpartum. Ideal for first-timers to Pilates, where you can familiarise yourself with the equipment. This is also great to those who prefer to workout on their own and get that one on one attention. 

 

PRIVATE GROUPS

50 minutes

Wanting to train with a friend or as a group outside of available times then please get in touch to arrange a time. In this 50 minute session we can tailor exercises to each of your specific goals and focuses.
